**Chamber MEMBERS that operate out of a retail store front that is affected by the foot traffic moving to the FAIR are granted a FREE Vendor Booth at the sole discretion of the Chamber Board.
The Long Beach Chamber of Commerce retains, at their absolute discretion, the right to prohibit any craftsperson from exhibiting their work. The Exhibitor agrees that he/she is solely responsible for his/her work, person and property at all times and will not hold the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce responsible or liable for any losses or damages to property or injury to person. *All double spaces will be next to each other -- no exceptions!* *There are no guarantees that you will have the same spot as in previous years.* Please note: There are a limited number of spots, and quotas will be set by the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce on all merchandise. We reserve the right to accept and/or deny any vendor. The Chamber reserves the right to move a vendor if deemed necessary. Vendors are NOT permitted to bring pets. Applications without a signature will be returned. By signing this document, the vendor has read, understands and agrees to the rules and requirements of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce Vendor Fair.
