Descriptions

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about using technology to improve patient outcomes. As a Physical Therapist at NEUROfit, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients and incorporate our advanced NEUROfit technology into their rehabilitation and therapy programs. This position offers flexibility in terms of per diem or part-time availability, allowing you to fit work around your schedule.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, incorporating NEUROfit technology as appropriate. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities using our NEUROfit system, ensuring proper form and technique. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Document patient treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care. Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy and SMARTfit Inc. technology, actively participating in professional development opportunities. Contribute to marketing efforts and social media content.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor&39s, Master&39s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York. Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on rehabilitation and/or sports medicine. Enthusiastic attitude regarding learning NEUROfit technology or similar interactive therapy systems is necessary. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and goals. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in the field. Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
