Our founder, Peter Cohen, has helped tens of thousands of homeowners save millions of dollars on their property tax bills for more than 30 years. His experienced staff is equipped with the experience, expertise and technology needed to determine, analyze and file Property Tax Grievances.

Responsibilities

? Manage high volume of incoming/ outgoing calls ? Respond to client inquiries via email / phone / zoom ? Make pro active customer service calls regarding their account, follow ups, collections, marketing ? Data entry for payment processing, documenting calls and maintaining customers records ? Resolve service problems by clarifying customer complaints and selecting the best solution to solve the issue, expedite correction and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements

? Proven experience as a customer service representative ? Applicant has to be able to deal with very difficult customers in a professional and helpful manner ? Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines ? Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Outlook) ? Attention to detail and problem solving skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multi line phones
