Company seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. Ideal candidate would have a bachelor&39s degree and/or minimum of 3 plus years of experience. Our office is modern, friendly, casual, located in Hempstead.

Responsibilities

&bull Accurately input and manage Accounts payable including working with management on payments to be made &bull Accurately input daily receipts &bull Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. &bull Prepare monthly closing packages for outside accountants review

Requirements

&bull Minimum 3 years&rsquo experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper &bull Previous job costing experience is a plus &bull Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and be a quick learner &ndash software savvy &bull Analytical / data-driven mindset and attention to detail &bull Fundamental knowledge of GAAP &bull Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines &bull Self-motivated and must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team &bull Excellent written and communication skills
