Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about using technology to improve patient outcomes. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at NEUROfit, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients and incorporate our advanced NEUROfit technology into their rehabilitation and therapy programs. This position offers flexibility in terms of per diem or part-time availability, allowing you to fit work around your schedule.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to provide direct patient care using NEUROfit technology. Assist in conducting patient assessments, including gathering medical history and documenting patient progress. Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under the guidance and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises using our NEUROfit system, ensuring adherence to proper form and technique. Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, reporting any observations or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, including progress notes and treatment records. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care. Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy and NEUROfit technology, participating in professional development activities. Contribute to marketing outreach and social media content creation Maintain an organized and tidy clinical area Answer phones and make appointments for clients as needed between patient care responsibilities.

Requirements

Qualifications: Associate&39s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred. Enthusiastic about learning NEUROfit technology or similar interactive therapy systems is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage patient records and documentation. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in the field. Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
