LB ARTIST CO-OP REGISTRATION 

Use this form to request participation in the LB Artist Co-op schedule. You will be contacted to discuss scheduling. Vendor fees will be billed upon scheduling.

LB Artist Co-op is located at 350 National Blvd. The vendor fee is $200 per week (may be shared by up to 4 artists.) All participants must be current members of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
